family weekend we are back for another workout this is every minute on the minute squat challenge my fate I remain on the bed between the top of every minute you're going to do a certain amount of squats so when's the timer start you're going to start with 12 squats the I act like it at the top of the next minute you got increase that number by 2 swathi Naidu 14 squats top of a next minute you're going to do 16 Squad going increasing your squad by 2 by 2 repetitions until you can't do them anymore so that first minute when you Wednesday 12 I have a lot of rest time for the next minute same thing for the 3rd but eventually that rest time is diminish baby having 10 seconds 5 Seconds of rest I'm all right let's go over the moon all right keeping a chest-high it's back alright and try and get as low as you can skip line the hip syndrome 8 Below near me beagles Low AZ cat so again we're going to go down giant goes well as you can. All right from punching your chest / we going like this. Hurt your lower back if you find yourself dipping your chats over a little bit and then go all right don't push your knees forward push your knees so again we're going to do you start off with 12 repetitions for the first minute going up by two of attention every minute after that 12 14 16 18 until failure good luck with this workout and joy
